On March 20, we had Susan Witkowski, executive director of the Community Medical Clinic of Kershaw County come and share with our guests. She spoke about the healthcare services the clinic offers to low income residents of Kershaw County who are uninsured.
Then on March 27th, Dena Horton, Victims' Advocate with the Camden Police Department, was the lunchtime speaker at Food for the Soul. She informed our guests about the department's program to assist victims of crimes to ensure that their rights are protected, and to assist them upon request with court appearances.
We are so appreciative of those in the community willing to come and share with our guests on topics that can help them in their lives.
