Sod Sales
Sod Sales will be back in May-September 2026! We will be located at the Camden Farmers Market, and we’d love your support! Our palleted square sod is perfect for lawns, gardens, and landscaping projects, and every purchase helps us continue the work we do in our community. Stop by our table at the market to pick up quality sod while supporting a great cause. It’s a simple way to make your yard greener and our community stronger!
Celebrate the Soul
In September 2025, we had our first Celebrate the Soul and it was a tremendous success! It was a wonderful evening filled with excitement, community spirit, and generous support. Attendees enjoyed lively bidding, great company, and the joy of coming together for a meaningful cause. Thanks to everyone who participated, donated, and volunteered, we couldn’t have done it without you. Your enthusiasm and contributions made this event not only fun but also deeply impactful for our organization and the community we serve. We cannot wait to host this event again in 2026!
Pass the Plate
One of our oldest and most crucial fundraising efforts, Pass the Plate, dates back to 2011. Through Pass the Plate, Food for the Soul calls on our county’s churches, businesses, community organizations, and individuals to “pass the plate” by helping to provide meals, food support, overnight winter sheltering, emergency sheltering, and other services for the area’s hungry and homeless population.
We appreciate the Kershaw County community for its passion and commitment in supporting Food for the Soul’s core mission: Providing food and shelter for those in need in Kershaw County.

Jimmy’s Take-out
Join us for a delicious way to give back! We’re excited to announce our upcoming Jimmy’s Take-Out Fundraiser, with all proceeds supporting our organization to help out our community.
